WALTER Surface Technologies, a global leader in productivity and safety solutions for the metalworking industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hermes North America, a leading supplier of coated abrasives with a long-standing reputation for technical excellence and superior performance.
This WALTER Hermes acquisition ensures business continuity and long-term stability for Hermes North America customers and employees while expanding WALTER’s existing expertise in coated abrasives. The addition of Hermes strengthens WALTER’s position in key market segments, particularly in belted products that serve a wide range of finishing, robotic, and automation applications.
