Tornos‘ (Lombard, IL) Gamma line machines, with or without a guide bush, can handle parts of any complexity, up to 20 mm in diameter. It offers one to two tool systems and can accept up to 39 tools, with up to 15 live.
Available in two models: the Gamma 20/6 with 6 linear axes and 20/5 with 5 linear axes, the Gamma machines are easy to set up, program and operate. The ergonomic machine design provides easy access to all tool positions. An automatic lubrication unit, swarf tray, and high-volume removable oil pan mean the Gamma is also easy to maintain.
