Ultra-High Pressure Robotic Deburring Machine
The ultra-high pressure JCC 603 ROBO deburring machine from Sugino Corporation (Itasca, IL) varies waterjet pressure at the nozzle from 80 MPa (11,600 psi) up to 245 MPa (36,000 psi) for deburring the hardest materials, such as steel, Inconel, and titanium. This machine provides high-speed superior positioning accuracy with a robotic hand using an exclusive 3-axix linear plus 2-axis joint structure and incorporates self-contained part handling that manages loading and unloading without the need for additional automation. It can also wash parts surfaces during deburring. The JCC 603 ROBO is perfectly suited for deburring small cross-holes and removing edge burrs from milled surfaces.
