Gullco International?s Trackless Magnetic Moggy Fillet Welding Travel Carriage offers low cost, highly efficient automation of fillet, lap and butt welding applications.
With the ability to track a stiffener, the Magnetic Moggy is ideal for ?Tee? fillet welding. Where there is not enough room for the carriage to run along the floor it can operate in the horizontal position. Adjustable guide roll assemblies ensure accurate gun positioning while the Moggy carriage moves at precisely controlled speeds in forward/reverse direction. Available with either ?continuous travel? or ?stitch weld? control, the Magnetic Moggy can run out of position as the magnetic base clings to a vertical member. Gullco also offers dual gun holder assembly for efficient simultaneous welding with the trackless magnetic moggy.
