Tebis Appoints New Personnel

Mike Arndt is the business development manager and Matt O’Donnell is an applications specialist.

Tebis America, Inc. (Troy, MI), a leading software company specializing in CAD/CAM systems for design and manufacturing in servicing the tool, die, mold, automotive and aerospace manufacturing industries, has announced Mike Arndt as its business development manager and Matt O’Donnell as applications specialist.

Arndt, with a strong background in the tool and die industry, will focus on business development but will also manage specific accounts. He was most recently the chief operating officer for C2 Machining, LLC (Kentwood, MI). Prior to that he was with Autodie, as well as SMIRTware (Wixom, MI).

Matt O’Donnell joins the company as an applications specialist serving a variety of customers. He has nearly 30 years experience in CNC programming, CAD surfacing and FEA analysis of stamping dies. Most recently he was the simulation engineer at Vicount Industries (Farmington Hills, MI).

According to David Klotz, the chief executive officer and president of Tebis America, “Mike and Matt bring a wealth of knowledge to us. Their experience in the industry is second to none. They are going to be a strong addition to our customer service master plan and both represent one more sign of our continued growth in North America.”

Tebis America, part of Tebis AG (Munich, Germany), develops CAD/CAM systems for tool, die and mold manufacturing, primarily for automobile and aircraft manufacturers and their subcontractors from the styling, model making, tool and mold manufacturing sectors, supplying turnkey installations and a full suite of 40 software modules that focus on increasing its customers’ ability to reach higher profits through consulting, implementing of new technology, training and support.
