United Grinding Promotes Customer Care Vice President

Joseph Szenay has been promoted to vice president of the Customer Care Division of United Grinding Technologies (Miamisburg, OH). As vice president, Szenay will have management responsibility for United Grinding’s Customer Care Division and Manufacturing Services Department.

Szenay brings to his new position 19 years of service at United Grinding. At one time a customer, Szenay joined UGT as a field service technician followed by an appointment to applications engineer.

Soon thereafter, Szenay became product manager for the Mägerle product line, eventually moving back to service as the technology advisory group manager. This was followed by a promotion to customer service manager then to manager of Life Cycle Solutions and his last position as general manager of customer care. He holds an Associate’s degree in Machine Technology.
