Superior Tube, Fine Tubes Appoint National Sales Manager for India
Superior Tube Company (Collegeville, PA) and Fine Tubes Ltd. (Plymouth, UK), leading manufacturers of precision tubing for critical applications across a range of global markets, are pleased to announce the appointment of Rahul Gujar to the role of their national sales manager for India.
Gujar is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities across all markets for both companies. He will also develop new opportunities for the strip metal products manufactured by other business units within AMETEK Specialty Metal Products (Eighty Four, PA) and is located at their facility in Pune, south of Mumbai.
He brings to the two tubing businesses a considerable understanding of advanced stainless steel and nickel alloy manufacturing gained from his experience at Sandvik Materials Technology. In his most recent position as the business development manager for India, Gujar was responsible for formulating and executing the sales strategy for the steel division in India and was involved in the development of a number of new product applications and new customers across the country. In addition to a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Gujar also has a Master of Business Administration from C.M.R.D. College (Pune).
