SOLUBLE OIL FOR DIFFICULT MACHINING AND GRINDING
Tower Oil's TOWERSOL 345 is a soluble oil developed for use on many of the most difficult machining and grinding operations. When mixed with water it forms a stable emulsion in both hard and soft water. It has been formulated to provide maximum sump life. The superior EP and lubricity package is designed to provide extended tool life and improved finish.
TOWERSOL 345 is recommended for machining and grinding operations on ferrous and nonferrous metals. Starting dilutions are between 10:1 and 20:1 for machining and 20:1 and 30:1 for grinding. To form a long lasting tight emulsion, always add TOWERSOL 345 to water with agitation. Benefits include: excellent rancidity control, good tramp oil rejection, and superior cooling and lubricity for the tool and workpiece, among others.
