Rotabroach® Fusion™ Annular Cutters Increase Holemaking Productivity
The patented Fusion™ groove innovation shanks are ideal for magnetic drills with one-touch tool-less arbors used by machine shops, fabricators, erection and installation crews, and maintenance personnel.
Hougen Manufacturing (Flint, MI), inventor of the Rotabroach® Annular Cutter, has added a line of additional Rotabroach® Cutters: Rotabroach® Fusion™ Cutters. These new cutters have patented Fusion™ groove innovation shanks for use in magnetic drills having one-touch tool-less arbors. This reduces setup times and further boosts the Rotabroach already superior productivity.
The cutters also have two 90 deg set screw flats to fit magnetic drills with standard arbors providing up to two times the tool life of tool-less systems. Rotabroach annular cutters are also available with only flatted shanks for use in standard magnetic drills, drill presses, lathes and machining centers by using a spindle adapter.
The Rotabroach Fusion cutters are available in diameters from 12 mm to 52 mm, and 1 in and 2 in depth of cut. The cutters retain all the features of standard “12,000 Series” Rotabroach® Cutters that offer superior productivty in holemaking applications. They are made in the U.S.
