Formtek has launched a new website as a resource for information about roll forming equipment and tooling to product consideration when evaluating the manufacturing process.

Formtek (Cleveland, OH) has launched a new website, www.rolltooling.com. This new site is a resource for information about roll forming; from equipment and tooling to product consideration when evaluating the manufacturing process. The information on the site is built from our decades of experience specifying roll forming applications, as well as engineering and manufacturing solutions for our customers.

Additionally, the site includes a detailed request for quotation page, where customers can submit detailed information about their roll formed product, and upload CAD or PDF drawings.

Formtek, as part of its comprehensive plan to meet or exceed the heightened demands of the roll forming industry, has taken delivery of a new five-axis, dual-chuck, machining center for its Cleveland location. This addition, along with their existing CNC equipment and other machines currently on order, will enable Formtek to produce roll tooling more efficiently, by eliminating many of the time-consuming steps currently involved in tooling manufacture, while simultaneously increasing the quality and consistency of the tooling produced.

Along with its manufacturing capabilities, Formtek has four full-time engineers and multiple technicians available to design, test and provide on-site services.
