OTC Daihen also offers their FD-V100 six-axis articulated robot with expanded payload and reach for weldment handling-plus-positioning and general purpose applications, such as material handling, part finishing, dispensing and machine load/unload. It has a payload of 100 kg, horizontal reach of 2,236 mm, vertical reach of 3,809 mm, repeatability of ±0.08 mm and features best-in-class repeatability, footprint, slim arm and speed. This robot operates intuitively via a pendant that includes a touch-screen interface and jog dial for easy operation.
