REPEATABLE, ACCURATE TUBE AND PIPE BENDER
Ercolina’s (Davenport, IA) rotary draw TB76 produces repeatable, accurate bends to center line radii as tight as two times the material diameter in tube, pipe and profiles to three-inch capacity without a mandrel. Tooling is available for tube, pipe and conduit. Special tooling is available for squares, solids and other profiles. A heavy-duty, two-speed gear box with improved bend speed accommodates work-piece centerline bend radii up to 15 in.
Programmable control with digital display stores thirty individual programs with nine separate bend-angle and material spring-back values in each program. Tooling mounts rapidly to hex shaft for quick setup and changeover. An available two-axis material positioning table increases productively and versatility when bending multiple bends in two planes.
