Indy Days Scheduled for REGO-FIX USA’s Center for Machining Excellence
REGO-FIX Indy Days returns as REGO-FIX USA celebrates the INDYCAR SERIES racing season with its Center for Machining Excellence (CME) open house May 13-14 in Whitestown, Indiana. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT daily and will feature the latest advances in manufacturing technology from REGO-FIX and its CME partners from around the world. The center differs from any other kind of manufacturing facility in that it provides a collaborative environment involving all parts of the machining process.
More than two dozen global REGO-FIX CME partners will attend the event with state-of-the-art technology exhibits, machine demonstrations and expert guidance designed to help customers improve their processes and meet manufacturing challenges.
As a special guest, the Indianapolis-based NTT INDYCAR SERIES ECR (Ed Carpenter Racing) team will have a racecar on display at the event. REGO-FIX joined forces with ECR – helmed by owner/driver Ed Carpenter – in May of 2024 as the premium toolholding solutions provider for the team’s machine shop. ECR uses REGO-FIX’s world-renowned ER collets and other related accessories like the powRgripÒ toolholding system and Multi Line products to boost the accuracy of traditional-style tooling for precision parts machining. The racing team is currently building its new regional headquarters in Westfield, Ind., which is set to be completed in early 2026.
Located next to the company’s U.S. headquarters at 4420 Anson Blvd. in Whitestown, just 30 minutes north of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Indianapolis International Airport, the CME opened in October 2024 and lies at the heart of North America’s manufacturing corridor. The state-of-the-art 12,000-square-foot manufacturing innovation and educational facility provides specialists in cutting tools, clamping systems, software, automation and metrology a prime opportunity to engage with customers, distribution partners and thought leaders who will be among the thousands of race fans who visit Central Indiana during the month of May.
The REGO-FIX CME reflects the company’s Triangle of Core Values of Integrity, Excellence and Growth. The facility further strengthens the company’s position as an industry leader producing the very best in Swiss precision products that empower customers to reach their maximum potential.
