Rex-Cut® Cotton Fiber Quick Change Discs feature multiple layers of non-woven cotton fiber that are impregnated with abrasive grains and then pressed and bonded into flexible discs; constantly exposing new abrasives as they work. Capable of lasting up to 25 times longer than resin fiber and coated discs, these flexible discs can blend and finish corners using their face and edge.
