NEWLY RELEASED INNOVATIVE TUBE AND PIPE BENDER
Ercolina?s newly released Giga Bender mandrel model GB90 is ideal for bending tube, pipe, square and rectangular profiles to center line radius as tight as 1D center line radius. This model's features include the ability to program multiple bend angles to 180 deg with independent material spring back setting for each bend. A USB port is provided to allow unlimited program memory storage with multiple USB memory.
A convenient interactive touch screen display offers ABS or INC modes. Operator friendly controls offer effortless access to auto and manual operating modes, system diagnostics and multiple language capability, calculates material requirements and programs the bend from simple XYZ programming. Other programmable components include mandrel positioning, clamping, pressure die and boost die.
The GB90 is equipped with quick change tooling and accepts large radius tooling to 15¾ in CLR. Auxiliary hydraulic porting is provided for Ercolina's optional patented (KST) clam shell hydraulic clamping system. All electrical components are UL, CSA and CE approved. Convenient hand-held remote bending control is certified class 3 safety. Machines are available up to (6) axis NC control.
