NEW LINE OF ANGULAR BEARINGS WITH HOUSINGS

Misumi USA, Inc. offers a new line of angular bearings with housings, used to support heavy thrust loads in combinations with radial loads in the same application. While such bearings have been on the market for some time, Misumi engineers worked closely with various customer personnel to develop this line with integral housings.

Misumi USA, Inc. announces a new line of angular bearings with housings, used to support heavy thrust loads in combinations with radial loads in the same application. While such bearings have been on the market for some time, Misumi engineers worked closely with various customer personnel to develop this line with integral housings. Frequently, housings were made to application-specific custom requirements, necessitating long lead times and high cost, especially in low quantities. As with all Misumi products, no minimum order is required for these new angular bearings with housings.
These new RoHS compliant products include double, back-to-back, pilot extension and deep groove style bearings, as well as single-groove styles.

Types GBGCB/GBGC have an outer fixed ring, with a bearing of 52100 steel and housing of 1045 carbon steel with black oxide or electroless nickel plating available. Bearing lengths from 30 to 100mm and ID from 15 to 40 mm are offered. Types GBGYB/GBGY have an outer fixed ring with a pilot extension, similar construction materials and are offered in bearing lengths from 40 to 100mm and ID from 15 to 40mm. Types GBGWB/GBGW have an outer fixed ring and are T-shaped for perpendicular mounting. 30 to 80mm bearing lengths and 15 to 30mm ID are available.

Types ABGEB/ABGE feature flanged back-to-back bearing combinations, in 29 to 50mm lengths and 15 to 50 ID with units available for standard mount, oil seal or O-ring use. Types AGBCB/ABGC (shown in photo) are flanged with back-to-back bearing combinations and deep groove ball bearing design. Offered in 60 to 250mm lengths and 15 to 50 ID. Types AGBYB/AGBY feature a pilot extension, back-to-back bearing combinations and deep groove ball bearing design. 60 to 250mm lengths and 15 to 50mm ID are offered.
