New High Performance Forming Taps for Blind Holes and Thru Holes

Constructed of HSSZ powdered metal high speed steel and coated with either TiN or RED MAXX, they are engineered to meet the highest production demands with unparalleled tool life. Available in both 45-degree right hand or left hand spirals, with standard or long shanks, they produce ISO metric coarse thread (type M) in sizes from 1mm to 42mm (0.0393” to 1.650”).
Chamfer forms C and E are offered, as well as thru-coolant or external coolant designs. Tolerance options include 6X, 6HX, 6GX, and 7GX. Vergnano P900 Taps are designed for increased speed while maintaining tight tolerances, ensuring the structural integrity of the critical thread components.
