NEW CNC DRILL MACHINE OFFERS LOW COST DRILLING SOLUTION
FlexArm offers their CNC Drill Machine, with which drilling, tapping, and chamfering can all be brought in house to lower costs. Programming is fast and easy, no previous CNC knowledge is required. FlexArm?s simple programming has software to calculate hole position, matrix, PCD patterns and skip drilling; no reference manual needed.
With their large beds, the Drill Machine allows customers to fixture large parts and do all the drilling on one machine while reducing part handling. With the large working range on the Drill Machine it is also possible to drill and tap parts at one end while load and unloading is carried out at the other end. This allows the machine to run all day and increase efficiency with multiple fixtures on one machine. There are two basic constructions ? travelling column and travelling gantry to cover work of widths up to 650 mm or 1800 mm; standard machines are available in bed length from 1500 mm up to 9000 mm. Options available include tool changers through spindle coolant, tool length sensing and various work holding vices, etc.
