New All-in-One Innovative Powder Center Features Breakthrough Technology
Gema USA Inc. announces our new OptiCenter All-in-One OC11 powder management system, uniquely designed with two OptiSpeeder powder hoppers (DualSpeeder) combined with our OptiSpray All-in-One SIT dense phase pump technology. Our OC11 allows you to coat two independent colors in ultra-fast succession using our MultiColor Switch, or simultaneously from both powder hoppers.
Our OptiCenter All-in-One OC11 Powder Center features:
- Two OptiSpeeder powder hoppers (DualSpeeder) to enable coating of two independent colors in succession with ultra-fast color change,
- MultiColor Switch technology to provide the fastest switching between OptiSpeeder hoppers, in as little as 60 seconds, and the cleanest color change between alternating colors,
- The ability to coat simultaneously from both powder hoppers using a fresh/recovery mix to allow independent application, or dual fresh sourcing for continuous and longer batches,
- OptiSpray All-in-One powder application pump, the first to merge Smart Inline Technology (SIT) dense phase powder delivery and electrostatics into a single compact unit.
Up to 36 OptiSpray All-in-One can be directly integrated into the OC11, eliminating the need for a gun control cabinet, saving equipment footprint space, and providing ergonomic plant layouts that can be installed quickly.
