Mazak to Highlight Production-boosting Technology for Every Shop at CMTS 2025
Canadian manufacturers seeking to increase machining productivity and profitability can experience Mazak’s high-precision machine tool solutions at the Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show (CMTS) from September 29 – October 2 in booth #1217 at the Toronto Congress Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Live demonstrations will highlight 5-axis machining, Multi-Tasking, Swiss-type high-volume production, high-speed turning centers, and the cost-effective Ez Series for shops of all sizes.
Returning to CMTS, the next-generation INTEGREX i-350H STN Multi-Tasking machine features a second spindle and lower turret for single-setup part processing. The INTEGREX i-H Series enables DONE IN ONEÒ processing from raw material to finished component on a single machine. The MAZATROL SmoothAi CNC system enhances productivity with fast, high-precision control, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital twin technology. Ai Thermal Shield compensates for machine and ambient temperature changes, ensuring accuracy over long cycles.

VARIAXIS C-700 Vertical Machining Center delivers full 5-axis machining for steel and non-ferrous metals. Its 27.7″ x 19.69″ table supports up to 1,543 lbs with automation options including 2-, 4-, or 6-pallet changers.

SYNCREX 38/8 Swiss-type Production Turning machine processes small, complex parts up to 1.5″ from bar stock with high rigidity and surface finish, powered by MAZATROL SmoothSt CNC.

QTE-100 CNC Turning Center provides space-saving, high-precision turning up to 11.42″ diameter. A 12-position drum turret and SmoothEz CNC support EIA/ISO G-Code and conversational programming. The QTE 100 MY can integrate with a Gantry Loader for long-hour automated operation.

VC-Ez 20 Vertical Machining Center offers affordable, configurable 2-pallet machining with 25 HP, 12,000-rpm spindle, Thermal Displacement Control, and a 30- or 50-tool magazine option.
All Mazak machines are automation-ready. CMTS 2025 allows attendees to meet automation experts and learn how to integrate scalable automation into production.
