Mazak Certifies Kennametal as Newest VIP Partner
Mazak Corporation recently announced that Kennametal, a leading provider of custom and standard wear-resistant solutions, is the newest member of the Mazak Value Inspired Partner (VIP) program.
Created to provide manufacturers with total solutions, the VIP program promotes higher levels of cooperation among companies offering complementary technologies for Mazak Corporation (Florence, KY) machines.
As a Value Inspired Partner, Kennametal will collaborate with Mazak on R&D and integration efforts to create more innovative products and turnkey processes for the U.S. manufacturing market. The two companies will also work together to create training programs and seminars on a broad range of manufacturing topics for presentation at Mazak technology events across the country.
This includes Kennametal’s participation in DISCOVER 2013, a technology and education event taking place Oct. 8 – 16 at Mazak Corporation headquarters in Florence, Ky.
