Booth D-45547: The Shuffle Drive Conveyor System from Mayfran uses precision-built, durable hinged steel belting to handle conveying of a wide variety of materials and types of scrap, such as laser scrap and fines, stamping scrap, heavy die-casting components and more stamping, laser/plasma cutting, forging, and die-casting.

In Booth D-45547, Mayfran International (Cleveland, OH), will display a working model of their patented Shuffle Drive Conveyor that offers smooth operation, zero vibration, minimal maintenance and superior reliability, even in the most demanding applications. It can be custom-engineered to handle conveying challenges for a wide variety of materials and types of scrap, such as laser scrap and fines, stamping scrap, heavy die-casting components and more. With flexible design parameters that can adapt to any situation, this system can be used in a wide variety of applications and industries, including, but not limited to, material and scrap management, stamping, laser/plasma cutting, forging, and die-casting. Also on display will be their hinged steel belts that are designed and built for durability and extended chain life for high operation uptime with low downtime. All hinged steel belting is constructed of precision-built, modular components to easily adapt to existing systems, along with superior belt technology to deliver high performance for any material in any application and features a durable chain design the eliminates relative motion for minimize wear and prolonged chain life.
