Master Chemical Corporation Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Master Chemical Corporation announced that Cary R. Glay joined Master Chemical Corporation as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Glay will have global financial responsibility for the Corporation to direct and oversee all financial and information systems functions assuring compliance and continuous improvement. Mr. Glay will report to Joe H. Wright, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Glay holds a Masters of Business Administration from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University. Mr. Glay is also a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Prior to working for Master Chemical, Mr. Glay has held several financial leadership positions with Eaton Corporation and Avery Dennison Corporation, including Division Controller roles for Eaton's Global Hose and Aerospace organizations. He was the Director of Finance for Avery Dennison Australia. Most recently Mr. Glay was the Controller of Acquisitions and Integrations for the Industrial Sector of Eaton Corporation.
