New High-density Bin Storage for Faster, Accurate Item Picking
Mallard Manufacturing, a leading provider of gravity flow solutions for warehousing and distribution, announces the release of Dyna-Pick, a new high-density warehouse bin storage system designed to transform underutilized rack space into fast, accurate, and ergonomic picking zones.
Purpose-built for each picking, small parts storage, and split-case fulfillment, Dyna-Pick addresses several common order picking challenges. These include inefficient space usage, labor-intensive storage changes, and SKU visibility issues. The system supports fast, accurate picking while keeping the work area organized and easy to manage.

The Dyna-Pick system uses rugged industrial canvas panels that suspend below standard pallet rack beams. This design creates two rows of hanging bins in space that often goes unused. A key feature is the proprietary quick-connect bracket. It mounts inside the rack beam instead of over it, which removes snag points and allows fast clip-on installation.

Dyna-Pick is available in Small and Medium configurations, both designed for standard 138”W x 42”D pallet rack bays. With up to 60% more SKU capacity in the same footprint and up to 40% labor savings from consolidating pick locations, Dyna-Pick provides measurable ROI for fulfillment operations.
