Specially designed for oversized sheet processing and virtually unlimited format flexibility, the GFA Series Laser Cutting Machine accommodates a wide range of user needs. The GFA Series delivers up to 60 kW cutting power and offers customizable configurations with a modular bed design. Manufacturers and fabricators in fields that include mining, rail transportation, aerospace and shipbuilding can expect precision, stability, versatility and continuous high-load performance.
The GFA Series is capable of maximum acceleration of 0.5G, has an X/Y axis positioning accuracy of ±0.00019 inches/minute, or ±0.05 mm/m, and an X/Y repositioning accuracy of ±0.00019 inches/minute, or ±0.05 mm/m. Depending on customer requirements, the GFA Series is easily configured to cut material sheet lengths from 12 m, or 39.69 feet, long to 3.5 m, or 11.48 feet, wide.
The GFA Series offers flexible processing solutions for large-scale materials. The machine bed is comprised of multiple sections, allowing customizable configuration to create infinitely extendable splicing beds, ensuring effortless handling of large format sheet cutting.
The GFA Series is designed with a separate worktable and drive mechanism, effectively isolating the heat source. This unique design reduces the impact of heat generated during high power laser cutting on the drive system. Users can expect stable operation of the machine under high loads, along with high accuracy and stability.
Both the GFA Series controller and nesting software are intuitive, easy to learn and easy to use.
Options include 0-to-45° bevel cutting and a safety protection package with two sets of safety gratings on the crossbeam to prevent collisions between the crossbeam and operators during emergency situations. A dust removal device on the left and right is also available to capture and discharge smoke and dust, maintaining a clean environment and stable equipment operation.
