Bore Gauges

This category includes a range of tools used to accurately measure the interior dimensions of a hole, a pipe, or other cylinder. This can include telescoping gauges that are locked in place and then measured, along with dial bore gauges that incorporate an analog or digital display. Dial bore gauges are comprised of a shaft with a measuring sled at its base and a dial indicator at the top, also providing accurate data on the roundness of a hole or its wear, along with size. Telescoping bore gauges are inserted at a slight angle to the bore, aligned with the bore axis, then removed and measured with a micrometer.

By ensuring perfect balance, balancing technologies reduce the risk of damage and improve the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.
