Anyone looking to shape the future of metalworking must be ready to break new ground — and that’s exactly what Jepson Power has been doing for over 40 years.

At a time when the industry relied heavily on slow, cumbersome, and messy cutting methods, Jepson Power broke new ground. As the original inventor of dry cutter technology, the company pioneered a cleaner, faster, and more efficient way to work with metals and composites — no cooling liquids, no extensive cleanup, and no compromise on precision. Four decades later, that same spirit of innovation continues to drive every product that bears the Jepson name.

“Innovation for us means constantly improving our products with user-centric design and top-tier service,” says Pierre Michiels, CEO of Jepson Power. “It’s our mission to keep pushing boundaries and set new benchmarks in the industry, just as we did back in the 1980s.”

A Cutting-Edge Legacy

Jepson Power’s technological journey began with the Premium Dry Cutter 9430, a game-changing chop saw featuring a Ø 12” blade and a 15 amps motor. With its unmatched speed and reliability, it quickly became a staple in shops across Europe and beyond. The follow-up model, Premium Super Dry Cutter 9435, pushed the envelope even further with more power and a larger cutting capacity, reinforcing Jepson’s position as a market leader.

As customer needs evolved, so did Jepson’s product line. The early 2000s saw the launch of the Dry Miter Cutter 9410, the company’s first venture into miter saws — offering precise angle cuts for professionals needing more versatility. Though it sacrificed some power compared to the 9435, it provided a much-needed option for complex, angled cuts.

Now, Jepson Power has merged power and precision into a single, all-encompassing solution.

Engineered for modern metalworking demands, the Premium Super Dry Miter Cutter 9414 is Jepson’s most powerful and flexible cutting machine to date. It combines the raw cutting strength of a chop saw with the angular versatility of a miter saw — all while maintaining the signature dry cutter advantages that define Jepson’s legacy.

Built to handle the toughest materials — from structural steel and stainless steel to aluminum, plastics, and composites — the 9414 is a masterclass in design and durability.
Finally, the search for the optimal cutting face represents the highest performance of the saw blade. This is the result of our extensive experience in the field.

Key features include:

  • Dry cutting with clean results: Eliminates the need for lubrication and de-burring, ensuring fast, clean cuts every time.
  • Patented blade stabilizers: Two innovative stabilizers enhance cut quality and extend blade life.
  • 3-point locking for optimal sawing position for different material sizes.
  • Powerful 15 amps high-torque motor: Designed for continuous operation without losing performance.
  • Wide-angle range: Adjustable miter cuts: +/- 0°, 15°, 22,5°, 30° & 45°.
  • Lightweight yet rugged: A die-cast base keeps the weight at just 59 lbs while maximizing structural strength.
  • Fast and flexible clamping across the entire working width.
  • Height adjustment for perfect fixation.
  • Specialized blade included: Comes standard with a Ø 14” / 90T carbide-tipped blade for steel and stainless-steel applications.

The 9414 isn’t just another tool — it’s the culmination of 40 years of German engineering, research, and field-tested innovation. Whether in the hands of fabricators, installers, or production teams, this machine delivers performance that professionals can count on.

Setting Tomorrow’s Standards — Today

Jepson Power’s commitment to research and development continues to shape the future of metalworking. Backed by a dedicated team of engineers and product consultants, the company is constantly refining its products to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry.

“Our daily incentive,” says Michiels, “is to cut faster, increase tool life, and cover more demanding cutting applications. The 9414 embodies that vision — and we’re just getting started.”

With the Premium Super Dry Miter Cutter 9414, Jepson Power proves them right, showing that the future of metal cutting belongs to those who dare to innovate.
