Master Your Approaches to Air Quality and Avoid Fines and Slash Absenteeism
The implementation of compliant ventilation and containment technologies minimizes risks to employee health, ensures your shop follows standards to prevent fines, and eliminates costly interruptions.
Capture Weld Fumes at the Source
Engineered for durability and ergonomics, the Clean Air E™ fume extraction MIG gun from Bernard (Beecher, IL) captures up to 95% of weld fume directly at the source. Capturing weld fume as close to the point of generation as possible, also known as source capture, is one of the most effective ways to reduce exposure. Unlike general ventilation or ambient air systems that dilute fumes, source capture methods like fume extraction guns immediately remove hazardous particles, helping improve air quality for operators and surrounding workers. Clean Air E is well-suited for industries such as shipbuilding, heavy equipment manufacturing, general fabrication and manufacturing.
Containment and Airflow Technology Safeguards Employees

DENIOS-US (Louisville, KY) offers new solutions to capture hazardous emissions at the source to protect employees and facilities from harmful airborne hazards. Various containment and airflow technologies are available, including ergonomic fume hoods, laboratory workstations, walk-in downflow containment booths, and laminar flow hoods. Each is designed to safeguard employees and meet OSHA workplace exposure limits, making them ideal for industrial settings. Technical ventilation reduces employee exposure to hazardous substances, prevents fires and explosions, limits environmental contamination, maintains clean and stable room air, and ensures compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and EPA standards.
Proper technical ventilation can reduce risks for employees, avoid potential fines for OSHA violations, eliminate production downtime, reduce absenteeism and more.
Filters Protect from Submicron Particle Contamination

MicroPure Filtration (Cleveland, OH) introduces Sterile Air/Gas Filters to protect against submicron particle contamination and batch contamination to prevent product loss and enhance yield for high-tech applications. A patented segmented filtration design offers unique advantages over conventional cartridges. Self-sealing PTFE membranes with a 0.1 or 0.2 micron retention efficiency for air and gas are sandwiched between perforated 304 stainless steel segments within a 304 stainless steel housing. Air or gas flows into the openings on the outside of each segment disc and passes through the filter and into an adjacent disc. Filtered air/gas exits through the opening at the center of the cartridge, free of contaminants.
The filters are ideal for bulk filtration or point of use filtration of air or gas in processing industries such as electronics, plating, magnetic media, and wherever submicron contamination is a concern.
