A safe alternative to chlorinated solvents, low cost D-Greeze 500-LO dissolves and removes wax binders from injection molded metal parts. Placing parts in an immersion tank containing the D-Greeze solution enables wax binders to be broken down, emulsified and easily removed. This process makes it possible to reach difficult to remove wax binders, including those deep under the surface and those contained in hard to reach geometries such as blind holes, narrow orifices and complex part geometries.

A safe alternative to chlorinated solvents, this cleaner offers low cost, room-temperature immersion tank debinding of injection molded metal parts in preparation for sintering. Placing parts in an immersion tank containing the D-Greeze solution enables wax binders to be broken down, emulsified and easily removed. This process makes it possible to reach difficult to remove wax binders including those deep under the surface and those contained in hard to reach geometries such as blind holes, narrow orifices and complex part geometries. Low surface tension enables fast blow-off drying of parts upon removal from the tank.
