Flexaust introduces a new asbestos-free, fabric reinforced hose for high temperature fume control and exhaust removal applications, using negative or positive pressure. Flexaust Flex-Lok® ET High Temperature Hose features single-ply aluminum coated fiberglass ceramic fabric construction with a coated steel wire that is mechanically crimped in a continuous process. Suitable for negative and positive pressure fume control and exhaust applications, this durable hose is designed for -65 deg F to 1050 deg F continuous service and excursions to 1250 deg F.
Highly flexible and compressible, Flexaust Flex-Lok® ET High Temperature Hose is available with 6:1 and 8:1 compression ratios and comes in sizes from 3 in to 12 in ID in standard 25 ft lengths. The steel wire acts as a wearstrip for external abrasion resistance. Applications include diesel generator exhaust systems and chemical-, extruder- and welding fume removal.
