HIGH-SPEED CNC ROTARY TABLE
Lyndex Nikken offers its 5AX-200II CNC Rotary Table, designed for high-speed rotation. The table performs with high accuracy and has the fastest rotating and tilting speeds in the industry as well as exceptional brake torque. Nikken's unique patented carbide worm system promises wear resistance, rigidity, and rapid speeds. This system uses a carbide worm screw and an ion-nitrided worm wheel, reducing friction and wear up to eight times that of conventional mechanisms. This greatly reduces backlash compared to standard bronze worm gears.
The worm screw consists of a less brittle V-grade form of carbide, while the worm gear is ion nitrided to a depth of 0.1 mm and an external surface hardness of 68 Rc. These properties, as well as a steel way hardened to 58-60 Rc, work to enhance system rigidity and longevity. The 5AX-200II allows for the machining of five sides of a workpiece and is ideal for medical and aerospace 5-axis work. It features a drop trunion and clamping torque of 588/490 Nm. The faceplate diameter is 200 mm and maximum work load is 176 lb. It offers secure gripping capability for extreme accuracy.
