HGG Profiling Equipment will showcase its newly introduced All Profile Cutter robotic plasma coping machine and the ProCutter 600 oxyfuel and plasma 3D profile cutting machine at FABTECH 2025, September 8–11, in Booth #A5460 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.

The All Profile Cutter (APC) is the world’s first robotic coping machine capable of cutting both pipes (CHS) and box sections (SHS/RHS) in a single operation. This breakthrough technology redefines plasma coping standards with unmatched precision, productivity, and automation. Featuring HGG’s patented 360-degree rotating robot and versatile gripper, the APC delivers unlimited robotic workspace, dynamic cutting capability, and operator-friendly performance.

ProCutter 600–900: Advanced Pipe Cutting Solutions

The HGG ProCutter 600–900 plasma series specializes in cutting cylindrical pipes ranging from 2” to 24” and 36” OD. Designed to eliminate time lost in fitting and adjustments, the PC 600 ensures accuracy on the first cut, enabling welders to focus on assembly and welding rather than rework.

Both the PC 600 and PC 900 offer plasma cutting, marking, and CAD/CAM integration. Users can configure machines with pipe trolleys, rollerball gutters, or a combination setup. Polyurethane-coated wheels improve consistency by compensating for bow-shaped pipes, while rollerball gutters provide fast and precise handling for efficient workflow.

Equipped with oxyfuel and plasma capabilities, the ProCutter series delivers chamfers, saddles, and holes for structural and piping applications. A self-centering three-jaw chuck secures pipes firmly during rotation, ensuring maximum accuracy and eliminating slip.

Powered by ProCAM Software

HGG’s in-house ProCAM software gives operators complete CAD/CAM control and simplifies programming with preloaded macro shapes and template functions. Compatible with SOLIDWORKS® and AutoCAD®, it allows fast import of 3D files and provides a real-time 3D model preview of the finished part.

Built-in Fume Extraction for Safer Operation

All HGG machines feature advanced fume extraction, drawing fumes through the pipe and main drive before separation via a passive cyclone. This system enhances workplace safety and efficiency during cutting.
