3M’s new Speedglas? 9100 helmet has been redesigned to provide optimal protection, comfort, and performance. This new design not only changes how the welder wears the helmet, but how they experience the helmet’s fit, stability and balance.
The 9100 features a new, flexible head suspension that conforms to the welder’s head to reduce pressure in pressure-sensitive areas. The 9100 covers more vulnerable areas, such as the ears and neck. Three lens options are available – V, X, and the new XX, which is 30 percent larger than the current ADFs. Improved side windows with replaceable covers allow for enhanced peripheral and downward viewing. www.3m.com
