Compact Power and True Mobility
Delivering up to 150 A of power, the Ignis Battery combines advanced welding electronics with intelligent lithium-ion technology. It supports both manual metal arc (MMA) and mobile TIG welding. Users can rely on consistent performance with all electrode types—rutile, basic, or CEL.
Professionals in pipeline construction, outdoor maintenance, and assembly work will value its portability. Weighing only 12 kg, the Ignis Battery’s compact and robust housing ensures easy handling. Because it meets the IP23 safety standard and includes a stainless steel filter with 3.5 cm ground clearance, it performs dependably in rain, dust, heat, or cold.
Smart Battery Management
Equipped with a LiFePO4 battery rated at 750 Wh, the system enables up to 31 electrodes (2.5 mm) or 30 minutes of TIG welding at 100 A. In addition, an intelligent battery management system monitors voltage, prevents overcharging, and guards against deep discharge. Efficiency remains high throughout each charge cycle.
Thanks to its quick-charge function, the Ignis Battery reaches 80% capacity in just 40 minutes and a full charge within one hour. This rapid turnaround ensures less downtime and continuous productivity.
Hybrid Power and Generator Compatibility
The hybrid mode allows simultaneous welding and charging, extending runtime and improving efficiency. Even under unstable voltage conditions, the integrated power reserve maintains a stable arc. The system still delivers its full 150 A output, even when connected to a 120 V grid.
When powered by a generator, only a small 2 kVA unit is required. Consequently, operators enjoy easier transport and lower noise levels at the worksite.
Precision Welding Features
To make welding safer and more efficient, the Ignis Battery includes several intelligent functions. HotStart and SoftStart ensure smooth arc ignition, while TrackingArc provides precise re-ignition at just 8 A. Anti-stick technology eliminates unwanted electrode sticking, saving both time and material.
For faster and cleaner out-of-position welding, the MMA Pulse mode is particularly effective. In TIG mode, TIG Pulse and Comfort Stop features produce steady arcs and controlled end-craters. Compatibility with accessories is also guaranteed through the standardized TIG-Multi Connector (TMC).
