Fixed Height Trunnions
In Booth N-1814, ALM Positioners, Inc. (Rock Island, IL), a manufacturer of headstock/tailstock positioner lifts, will display the Powered Trunnion set with powered head stock, slew bearing tailstock and offset motor. The Powered Trunnion set comes available with a pivot or fixed head and has a maximum radial load of 8,000 lb. Also available is a Cantilever Trunnion with powered head stock which has a maximum radial load of 2,000 lb to 21,600 lb. Centerline heights are available from 32 in to 48 in. The rotational torque is 87,400 in-lb with 1 hp motor. Rotational speed is 0 to 10 rpm @ 50 Hz, 480V 3 Phase 30 Amp. Brake included on gearbox.
