Farcco is New Sales Agent in Brazil for Sciaky

They sell and service EBAM systems for competitors in Brazil's aerospace, oil and gas, and mining industries.
A Sciaky 110 EBAM system. As one the most widely scalable metal additive manufacturing systems in the industry (in terms of work envelope), EBAM technology can produce parts ranging from 8 in (203 mm) to 19 ft (5.79 m) long.

In order to increase sales efforts of Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing (EBAM®) systems into the Brazilian market, Sciaky, Inc. (Chicago, IL), a subsidiary of Phillips Service Industries, Inc. (PSI; Plymouth, MI) and a leading provider of metal additive manufacturing (AM) systems, has entered into an agreement with Farcco Tecnologia (São Paulo, Brazil), a rapidly growing sales agent of metal 3D printing systems and CNC machining equipment, covering all of Brazil. They offer support throughout the entire sales cycle, including assistance with equipment importation, installation, and service. Their key accounts team has over 30 years of experience selling advanced industrial equipment to high-tech manufacturers.

“We are excited to work with them and educate the Brazilian market about the real-world benefits of EBAM technology,” said Scott Phillips, the president and chief executive officer of Sciaky. “When compared to traditional forging methods, this technology offers significant competitive advantages for users all over the world by drastically reducing production time, waste, and costs associated to manufacturing large, high-value metal parts.”

“Brazil’s thriving aerospace, oil and gas, and mining industries are natural fits for the EBAM metal 3D printing systems and the renowned EB welding offerings,” said Fabio Sant’Ana, the chief executive officer of Farcco. “It’s an honor to introduce these innovative technologies to the visionaries at leading manufacturing companies.”
