EXAIR’s Ultra Duty Line Vac’s design combines a hardened alloy and ceramic material that provide exceptional resistance to wear over extended periods of time. This makes it the ideal choice for moving abrasive materials such as peat, sand, glass, powders, and other fine media commonly found in blasting, grinding, and finishing operations.

Engineered to withstand the toughest and most abrasive conveying tasks, the EXAIR Ultra Duty Line Vac combines a hardened alloy body with a ceramic insert to deliver exceptional wear resistance and long-term durability. It is ideal for moving challenging materials such as peat, sand, glass, powders, and other fine media typically used in blasting, grinding, and finishing operations.

The Ultra Duty Line Vac uses a small amount of compressed air to generate an intense vacuum, achieving 50% higher throughput than EXAIR’s standard Line Vac. This makes it an optimal solution for facilities requiring both maximum durability and performance. Its efficient design enables instantaneous response, high flow capacity, and reliable material transfer over long vertical and horizontal runs.

Housing a precision-engineered ceramic insert, the Ultra Duty Line Vac provides lasting performance even in harsh operating conditions. It is a dependable choice for filling operations, hopper loading, waste removal, and material sampling, offering a maintenance-free, high-efficiency pneumatic conveyance solution.

Available in 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, and 2” sizes, each model connects easily to standard hose or tube diameters. With no moving parts and no need for electricity, the Ultra Duty Line Vac ensures safe and maintenance-free operation. Optional mounting brackets simplify installation, and airflow can be precisely adjusted with a pressure regulator.

Like all EXAIR products, the Ultra Duty Line Vac is CE compliant and meets all OSHA pressure requirements. Units are available for immediate shipment from stock, starting at $1,372.00.
