Small packaging options for ESAB’s Sureweld filler metals meet the needs of professional and occasional welders who use smaller quantities or want to use factory-fresh electrodes when starting a new project.

ESAB has launched a new line of package sizes for its Sureweld brand of welding filler metals designed to meet the needs of retail distribution customers and online buyers.

“The Sureweld portfolio meets the needs of professional and occasional welders who use smaller quantities of a particular electrode grade or who want to use factory-fresh electrodes when starting a new project,” says Kaar Valluvan, Director of Product Marketing at ESAB. “As an example, consider that the most popular Stick electrode diameter in the world is 1/8th inch and many applications require one pound or less of electrodes. With stick electrode packages available in 1, 4 and 5 lbs., Sureweld packaging is aligned with the way welders work.”

The new packaging includes color-coded identification and retail displays to help distributors and customers easily select the proper product. Reasonably priced Sureweld electrodes are formulated to meet AWS guidelines, produce quality welds, and offer operator-friendly arc characteristics.
