COE Press Appoints Sales & Marketing Director
COE Press Equipment (Sterling Heights, MI) appointed Frank Laberi as their director of sales and marketing, responsible for setting annual sales quotas, developing and managing selling practices, order processing procedures and project management systems of new machinery sales, as well as parts and aftermarket sales. He will manage a team of six regional sales managers and 20 sales representatives.
“Frank has a proven track record in business development, with a strong knowledge base in metal fabrication,” said Reid Coe, the company president. “We are happy to have him join the our management team and believe he’ll be a great asset in supervising our sales team and developing new opportunities.”
Laberi has over 20 years of sales experience for a variety of industrial equipment companies including welding equipment suppliers, Tregakiss & Bernard (ITW), ELCO Enterprises, and RSI Global Sourcing. He most recently served as a sales manager for VALCO Manufacturing (Windsor, ON). He has a degree in business advertising and marketing communications from St. Clair College Windsor and lives in Chesterfield, MI.
