CML USA HANDLES TIME SENSITIVE ISSUE

When a local mechanical contractor was dealing with a time sensitive issue they came to CML USA Ercolina® (Davenport, IA) for assistance. Their customer, a local power generation plant, had a steam boiler down because of a blowout in an existing steam tube.
Despite owning an Ercolina TB130 rotary draw Top Bender and the availability of tooling which CML USA had in stock, the special 2¼ x .250 wall T9 material was brought to CML because they needed this one piece to be correct and could not afford to make a mistake. T9 is not stocked by local distribution and a (3) week delivery delay to get another stick was not practical.
CML specialists rough measured the existing material and used Ercolina’s Super Bend-Tech SE bending software to quickly layout the piece and set up the machine. The exact replacement piece was completed in one shot. The boiler maker waiting on site to repair the bend was able to quickly make the finish the job with help from Ercolina!
