Brass Knuckle®’s SmartCut™ line of gloves offers three ANSI A2 cut-resistant glove solutions designed to perform in specific applications and conditions.

Cut-resistant gloves need to protect the hands of real people doing real work. They must be flexible, offer a sure grip for handling dry, wet, or oily parts and surfaces, and provide the proper level of cut protection without bulk.

Brass Knuckle®’s SmartCut™ line of gloves offers three ANSI A2 cut-resistant glove solutions designed to perform in specific applications and conditions. Each glove is constructed with a durable cut-resistant shell, a protective coating, and a textured finish for improved grip and dexterity.

SmartCut Touchscreen Gloves (BKCRT201) are perfect for all aspects of hands-on work, including tasks requiring touchscreen use. This triple-threat glove—dexterity, grip, and medium cut protection—also prevents workers from falling out of compliance when they need to interact with screens. The special fingertip dip allows users to operate devices without removing their gloves, maintaining both safety and productivity.

SmartCut BKCR3520 is made of a high-performance polyethylene (HPPE) shell with a foam nitrile coating for superior tactile sensitivity. Its thinner, 15-gauge composite shell ensures exceptional flexibility. A reinforced thumb crotch adds durability and strength in a common wear area, improving glove life and user confidence during high-precision tasks.

For dry applications, the SmartCut BKCR2403 provides abrasion resistance and a dependable flat-coat grip with basic ANSI A2 cut protection. This glove’s synthetic fiber composite—featuring HPPE, nylon, and synthetic GLF fiber—balances polyurethane coating with extreme dexterity, making it ideal for fine motor skill tasks and detailed assembly work.

At the top of the line, the SmartCut BKCR303 glove offers exceptional cut resistance and dexterity. Its combination of HPPE, nylon, and synthetic GLF fiber provides ultrahigh molecular-weight polyethylene strength with a flexible 13-gauge construction. The polyurethane coating enhances grip while maintaining comfort for all-day wear.

Choosing the right cut-resistant glove depends on the specific qualities required for each task. Brass Knuckle’s SmartCut glove line ensures workers’ hands stay protected from cuts and injuries while maintaining comfort, fit, and performance. Every model in the SmartCut range is designed to promote compliance by keeping gloves on—where they belong.
