BLM GROUP Updates LS7 Sheet Lasers with new Accessibility Features
BLM GROUP USA has introduced updates to its LS7 sheet lasers to improve accessibility, safety, and ease of use for operators. The LS7 3015 and 4020 models now feature a larger front access door, new access doors on both sides, and an ergonomic, adjustable operator control panel for simplified programming. Both machines continue to deliver up to 20 kW laser capacity and 2 g acceleration, ensuring fast, precise cuts and higher productivity.
The redesigned LS7 also reduces its footprint by 11%, making it a strong fit for shops with limited floor space.
“We are excited to build on the trusted performance of the LS7 sheet laser with these new updates and are confident they will benefit our customers,” said Robert Adelman, head of product group at BLM GROUP. “Along with better accessibility and ease of use, we have also integrated new safety light curtains to protect operators.”
Another advancement is Active Sense, a new software feature that enhances cutting quality and reliability by maintaining continuous process control when using nitrogen, air, or mixed gases.
As with previous LS7 models, the 3015 handles sheet sizes up to 121.5” x 62”, while the 4020 accommodates sheets up to 162.5” x 79.5”.
