ALUMINUM ASSOCIATON EXPANDS AGAIN

Manufacturers Eural Gnutti S.p.A., Voith Turbo Inc. , and C&E Plastics, Inc. bring unique application experiences to the association.

The Aluminum Association (Arlington, VA) announced its newest company members: Eural Gnutti S.p.A., Voith Turbo Inc., and C&E Plastics, Inc.

?We are pleased to welcome these companies into our Association,? said President Steve Larkin. ?Each company brings their distinctive expertise which gives us a broader foundation, making our industry stronger. We will work with these companies to continue promoting aluminum as the most sustainable and recyclable automotive, packaging and construction material in today?s market.?

Eural Gnutti S.p.A., based in Brescia, Italy, started in May 1968. The company produces aluminum extruded bars, tubes and shapes for European and North American markets. The production structure comprises the secondary smelter and the production plant of the semi-finished aluminum products, with a workforce of about 400 employees. Production facilities include four 1,600-, 2,800-, 3,000- and 3,500-ton presses as well a new 5,500-ton press to be added soon.

Voith Turbo Inc. (Heidenheim, Germany) is a worldwide leader in paper, energy, mobility and service markets. Voith Turbo designs, manufactures and services high-performance driveline equipment including high torque universal joint shafts, hydraulic spindle support and roll mounting equipment, torque limiting couplings, hydraulic connection couplings and both temporary and permanent torque diagnostic and measuring equipment.

C&E Plastics, Inc. (Georgetown, PA) is the largest fully integrated U.S. supplier of custom thermoplastic process equipment. Since 1976 they have been engineering, manufacturing, installing and servicing new and retrofitted equipment designs for pickling, plating, galvanizing and other surface treatment processes.
