Alexandria Industries to Open Family Health Clinic
Alexandria Industries (Alexandria, MN) has announced its soon-to-be-open Family Health and Wellness Clinic for employees and their families to help address the rising cost of its self-insured medical expenses, while providing employees and their families with more convenience for routine, basic medical care at a fraction of the cost.

By offering benefits that support their financial, educational, spiritual and physical needs, we know that we are doing everything we can to show that we care,” stated Lynette Kluver, the company director of organizational development. “To make us an employer of choice, we are getting creative by going beyond the usual health insurance benefit package. We are excited for the opportunity to take care of their health and wellness in ways that are most convenient and cost-effective for them.”
The company is working in partnership with Achieve Wellness, a third-party workplace health and wellness provider that services organizations of all sizes. Clinic staff will include a full-time and on-call licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant, and administrative support personnel. The clinic will provide basic health care, comprehensive wellness services, occupational health services, immunizations and flu shots. Located a mere block or two from its manufacturing facilities in Alexandria, the Family Health and Wellness Clinic will open early this summer.
