Alexandria Industries Names New Leaders in Company
Alexandria Industries names new leaders for its chief sales and marketing officer and general manager of Alexandria Extrusion South location.
Alexandria Industries recently announced that Steve Schabel has been promoted to its chief sales and marketing officer and Chris Flemming has been named general manager of its Alexandria Extrusion South location.
Steve Schabel joined the Alexandria
Industries (Alexandria, MN) 10 years ago and recently served in a key role to address customers’ needs for a simplified supply chain. He successfully led the effort to transition the company from a component supplier to a value-added, single-source supplier.
Under his leadership, the company expanded capabilities to span customized aluminum extrusions, precision machining of ferrous and non-ferrous products, heatsinks, plastic injection and foam molding components, finishing, high-level assemblies, and welding.
Schabel will lead sales and marketing activities that harness resources from the firm’s market experts and design engineering and manufacturing services from its six US central corridor locations to continually help customers be more successful.
Flemming will serve as general manager for Alexandria Extrusion South, located in Carrollton, Texas. He will manage all operations and broaden the location’s heat transfer and thermal management offerings to help Alexandria Industries’ customers become more competitive in their marketplace.
He replaces former Alexandria Extrusion South president, Jeff McReynolds. Flemming has been an Alexandria Industries team member since 2002, and from 1992 to 1999.
