After 17 years of service with AIDA-America Corporation (Dayton, OH), current president and chief operating officer Pat Ambuske is retiring on April 1. He was promoted to this position on December 1, 2016. His previous roles with the company include engineering manager, director of operations, and vice president of operations. He will continue to share his knowledge and many years of expertise by remaining on the AIDA-America board of directors after he retires, as well as by consulting and working on assigned projects.

Takeshi Nakazawa, who transferred to AIDA-America as vice president of operations in March 2017, is now being promoted to president and chief operating officer on April 1. He began his career with AIDA in 1987 as a welder for AIDA Engineering in Japan. Nakazawa has held numerous positions in multiple AIDA locations, including production manager, manufacturing group leader, purchasing deputy manager, production planning deputy general manager, and production promotion executive general manager. In his new role, Nakazawa will oversee and manage overall operations at AIDA-America.

Also effective April 1, Bob Adkins has been promoted to director of operations at the company, which he joined in March of 2013 and most recently served as purchasing manager. In his new role, Adkins will be responsible for overall Production Promotions operations, which encompasses planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and facilities management.
