Absolute Machine Tools, Inc., (Lorain, Ohio) a distributor of a wide selection of CNC machine tools and related products, has achieved Authorized Integrator status with Fanuc Robotics America, Inc.
Through its comprehensive product offering and application engineering expertise, the company provides turnkey, production-specific machining systems. The relationship with Fanuc Robotics enables Absolute to enhance those systems with robots that handle payloads from 0.5 kg to 1,350 kg, as well as simulation packages, application software, force sensing, and infrared vision systems.
Robotic automation technology addresses the issues of increasing labor wage and benefit costs as well as the need to maintain production in the face of a shrinking manufacturing workforce.
